: Yes, your dog is warmly welcome! Dogs may stay in the room, on the balcony and in the lounge area in front of the hotel. The contribution is €20 per day for lap dogs and €28 per day for larger dogs (without food). Please bring a blanket for your dog. Dogs are not permitted in public areas such as the dining room, bar, terrace, wellness area and sunbathing lawn. Outside meal times, your dog may also use the upper terrace area towards the garden.
: Children are always warmly welcome! The Wellness Vital Garden is reserved for guests aged 15 and over. The 2nd outdoor pool, the indoor pool and the garden lawn by the 2nd pool are accessible for children.
: Yes, you can make a non-binding advance reservation at any time. Simply e-mail us your desired offer – we will confirm the reservation the same way. In January you will receive a reminder with the fixed prices. You can then confirm the booking definitively within January or cancel it free of charge.
: Yes! The hotel's underground car park is available free of charge at any time – included in the room rate.
: The nearest train station is Merano. From there, take bus line 213 directly to Partschins – the journey takes about 15 minutes. With the complimentary South Tyrol Guest Pass, the bus ride is free of charge.
: You can cancel free of charge up to 40 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded but will be issued as a voucher that you can redeem for a future stay.
