: On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, please check out by 11 a.m. If you arrive before 2 p.m. or after 7 p.m., please let us know in advance. If you wish to use the spa and wellness area on the day of departure, please let us know.
: The Province of Bolzano has introduced a tourist tax of currently EUR 3,10 per person per day (except for children under the age of 14) to be paid directly on the spot.
: On the day of departure you can settle your bill in cash, by cheque or by credit card (EC, Visa, Mastercard).
: Say it with a flower! It will be a pleasure to provide you with the most suitable bouquet for the special occasion you wish to celebrate. Please let us know at least one day in advance.
: Offers are presented according to the current booking situation. Please bear in mind that we send out many offers every day and that a binding booking requires a written reservation and a written reconfirmation from us.
: Upon request, your four-legged friend is also welcome in our hotel. However, we ask for your understanding that you will not have access to common areas such as the restaurant/terrace/bar and the wellness/lawn area. As a small contribution to the extra cleaning costs, we charge 20 euros per day (for a small dog) and 28 euros per day (for all other dogs). Don't forget food and a blanket, which are not included in the price.

Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival we charge 80% of the entire booked stay
From 7 days before arrival and in case of early departure we charge the total amount

: Well informed even on holiday: Newspapers are available free of charge. We will be happy to order your favourite newspaper or magazine for you (for an extra charge); please inform us in good time.

We recommend that you take out insurance to protect you in the event of holiday cancellation.
Hotel Anderlahn's travel insurance must be requested at the time of booking and the cost is invoiced upon your departure. At a cost of 3% per day and per adult, it covers cancellation penalties due to accident, illness or death.
